Payment & Cancellation Policy

Once you’ve committed to going to Tres Semillas, we request a 5% deposit to hold your dates.

The remaining 95% of your fee is due 14 days prior to arrival.


Cancellation policy - 

  • 90% of what you have paid (with at least 30 days notice prior to arrival)  
  • 50% of what you have paid (with at least 7 days notice prior to arrival)
  • No refund (1-6 days notice before arrival)

Because of our remote location and because only one visiting family stays on the farm at a time, we are required to have a strict cancellation policy.  

However, you can change your dates freely up to 7 days before arrival, so long as there is availability for the new dates you wish to spend on the farm.  

If you are unsatisfied and want to leave early once you are there due to our negligence, we can refund you 90% of any remaining unspent days (prorated by departure time) by way of check sent to your address back home. It would be 100% except for the fact that bank and merchant fees consume about 10% of all payments. It must be mentioned that thishas never happened. Everyone who has visited Tres Semillas and Buenaventura has come away very satisfied and rejuvenated. We have this in our policy to show we guarantee that you will have a wonderful time!

All payments are made online through the Paypal payment system of our sister school, Instituto Conexiones or by way of check sent to the Instituto Conexiones office located at 155 Peralta Ave. San Francisco, CA 94110
